About Felix Disson

I started as a strategic planner and account manager in the creative advertising industry. I worked for various clients from all major industries on creative ideas to grow their business. After that I focussed my work on strategy consulting, business development, change management, and organizational development in a small but agile marketing and strategy consultancy in Berlin. My brother and I helped our clients to move with culture, strategy, organization, and operations in the digital era of constant change. Today I am using my skills in one of the largest digital transformation agencies in northern Europe: Solita. Together with our many experts and partners, we help our clients to grow, face the challenges of the digital era, bring clarity into their data and create an impact that lasts. My Skills- A profound understanding of the emerging marketing topics: neuromarketing, marketing automation and technology, behavioural economics, account-based marketing, marketing solution architecture, and customer insight generation- Project management experience both on the agency and on the client-side. I was involved in creating great campaigns as an advertiser as well as interims marketing manager in my role as a consultant. As the licensed partner for Custobar in Germany, an omnichannel marketing tool, I have although great experience in handling large implementation projects and changing marketing from outbound to inbound- I have a great understanding of creative brand development and the importance of customer-centric thinking in this process.
