About Felix Guo

With a passion for Nondestructive Testing (NDT) and a strong background in material science, machine vision, and quality management systems, I have been working in the railway industry specialized in inspection solutions for rolling stock since 2017. I have a master's degree in NDT from three prestigious universities: Technische Universität Dresden, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Dresden International University, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Southwest Jiaotong University. As the Marketing Director and the Director of Business Development at DTEC GmbH, a leading provider of rolling stock diagnostic solutions, I am responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and expanding business opportunities. I have successfully led and contributed to several projects, including the research and development of a trackside-installed inspection system for high-speed trains, which increased the safety and efficiency of railway operations. I have also demonstrated effective communication and execution skills, working with diverse stakeholders and partners across different regions and sectors. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience in NDT and rolling stock diagnostics to create value and impact for the railway industry and society.
