About Felix Kares
I am working at Saarland University as a PhD candidate researching the application of artificial intelligence in high-stakes decision environments such as personnel selection or medicine. I am especially interested in human oversight of AI systems, questions of AI accountability, and trustworthy AI.Together with some collaborators, I am also in the process of founding a start-up focused on developing AI-adjacent medical software to increase accuracy and efficiency of diagnoses in dentistry. For recent publications, please refer to my Google Scholar account: & hl=de & oi=ao
