During his time at Fletcher, Felix had the opportunity to contribute as a Research Assistant to Professor Patrick Schena, assisting in the evaluation of national sovereign funds, including the Agaciro Development Fund, for the 2019 Self-Assessment. Proficient in English, Kiswahili, Kinyarwanda, and other East African dialects, Felix also has a working knowledge of Spanish.
