Define the hierarchy of the project in terms of project, system, subsystem, certificate and tag number. Assign turnover operators to the project either area wise or activity wise to ensure the early completion of the certification activities. Oversee the functioning of the turnover operators including the collection of all associated information related to the assigned area/activities including drawings, equipment lists and tag number and track certificate requirements for each tag number. Regularly cross check and revalidate database against latest engineering revisions. Coordinate with the discipline engineers to collect the certificate of installation for each item. Collect the punch list from the discipline engineers and coordinate for the early closure of all items identified in the list as well as assign specific tasks to the certification engineers for the same. Oversee the updating of the completion of the each of the punch list items on the on the system. Generate the Mechanical Completion Certificate when all the above is completed. Collect certificates for commissioning of equipment as well as from the various disciplines. Prepare the final dossier with all the updates for the hand over to the client, which includes the closure of all NC’s and variation orders. Ensure the hand over the final dossier to the client and ensure the maintenance of back up’s of the same. Generate weekly as well as monthly reports on the status of the project with respect to the certification. Carry out any other duties as and when required by the direct supervisor.
