About Felix Peters

As Head of Proposals I lead and organize a team of 4 process engineers in the field of technical proposal preparation. Our team works jointly with Sales Managers to prepare a techically and commercially well balanced proposal to our clients. In this regard, my team is responsible for the technical proposal preparation as well as the support of the Sales Manager in technical client meetings during proposal phase. Furthermore, my team tries to convince client technically from our technology as well as checks if client requirements can be elaborated during project execution phase. With this, we enable a smooth transition to nucera project team if client decides to start the project with nucera. In our team we support the Sales team for AWE as well as NaCl, NaCl-ODC and HCl-ODC technology proposals. On top of that as a Senior Process Expert I previously worked in the following fields- Process engineering activities in the NaCl- and HCl-ODC electrolysis plant design for national and international projects; some of them in leading position as Lead Engineer Process - Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on site in Germany and worldwide, supporting the commissioning team for the preparation of the start-up of NaCl- and HCl-ODC electrolysis plants; at some sites as the leading technical technology specialist during pre-commissiong and start-up
