About Felix Yip

Felix is a postgraduate student of MA Landscape Architecture, who has been working as a Landscape Consultant of Netatech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore for about 2 years, and now proceed to work as an Assistant Landscape Designer of Cohere Design Company limited in Hong Kong. In Netatech, Felix worked with the Consulting team on Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) projects. He was tasked to provide inputs and support on the landscape and aesthetic aspects of Active, Beautiful, Clean (ABC) Waters Design projects, which included the Rain Garden & Cleansing Biotope. Besides, Felix was also engaged in the design proposals of SMART Tech. Urban Farm in Singapore and Farm Eco‐Tourism projects for Thailand. In Cohere Design, Felix coordinated Hong Kong landscape projects such as Private Housing Property Development (MTR Station attached) and Podium Garden Park Revitalization (private shopping tower owned). He managed the submission for Tender Drawing Package, and also revised the Landscape Works Specification content. Moreover, Felix would coordinate on the General Building Plans (GBP) with project architect on landscape greenery areas, in order to prepare for the Landscape Master Plan (LMP) Submission. Besides, he liaised with Material Suppliers for project support, and proposed Design Concept & Plant Species Presentation. Over the past 4 Years of Bachelor Studies + 1 Year of Master Studies, Felix was passionate on Urban Regeneration & Planning in terms of public green space, and interested in exploring the innovation of Sustainable Landscape & Green Architecture. In general, Felix is familiar with the elemental design details about Landscape, Architecture, & Interior, in terms of material application, structural standard, & spatial scale. He also touches with Horticulture Management including fundamental knowledge in Plants & Ecology. Through the internships from different design companies, Felix also gained additional knowledge on Building Architecture, Eco-Engineering, Interior Design, Children Playground Design, Graphic Design, etc.
