With 15 years academic experience (in China) and nearly15 years industrial experience (in Silicon Valley) in video/image compression, video/image processing, computer vision, and network streaming. Be familiar with the software/hardware system implementation of most algorithms in video compression, video/image processing, and compute vision. Be very good at designing the FPGA/ASIC chip system architecture for various video/image algorithm implementation. In recent one year my research focuses on deep learning implementation based on the FPGA/ASIC chip platform. From 2009 to 2014, my main work was to develop high quality H264/H265 HD-video encoder and decoder FPGA chip and ASIC chip. Those chips are used for broadcast, videoconference, video surveillance and mobile devices.
