About Fenna Boerkamp

At my core, I care deeply about people. I have a never-ending curiosity to understand why people behave the way they do, and it is my passion and now my career to leverage insights into human behaviour to create a positive change. I am especially eager to have a positive impact within the contexts of (higher) education; organisational change, digital transformation, customer experience, AI, learning and development, well-being and equality, diversity & inclusion. Currently, I am leveraging insights to enhance the student experience at Liverpool John Moores University. With my background in Psychology (BSc) and Behaviour Change (MSc), as well as my work experiences so far, I particularly developed myself across the following areas of work: 1) problem and behavioural analyses, 2) developing evidence-based programs or solutions, 3) implementing these to achieve the desired change, and finally, to 4) evaluate their impact. Some of the key skills I bring to the table include analytical skills, research- and survey design, data analysis (Excel, SPSS, basic R), program design, project management, and presentation- and communication skills. I am always eager to connect with others who share my passion or are interested in discussing how behavioral insights can drive positive change. Let’s connect!
