I have developed comprehensive number of multimillion-US Dollar major Drilling Rig Contract, Well Services and its associated Services. Prepare contract strategies and review drilling rig contract (scope of work), drilling services and procurement including technical and cost estimation (OE) for tender to support drilling operation and to ensure the contracts terms conform to business requirements & regulations. Having good knowledge and experience both in contract & procurement area and drilling operation services to deliver the suitable drilling contracts ready in time and meet with drilling service technical specifications. Always interested in drilling services issue, as well as close interaction with the Drilling Operation. Work achievement highlights: • Successfully implement valid 40 Contract amendments within 2015-2016 in PHE ONWJ to reflect and execute successful contract price reductions resulted from the robust contract negotiations with the total cost savings USD 2.2 Mio. • Successfully Initiate, Create, Perform and Coordinate DWS’s Bank Data by performing Market Assessment on 2015 & 2016 for Drilling Rig & associated Services to get an update of the current market price toward declining oil price. • Successfully delivered the replacement of Lift Boat#1 (SEAPUP2) Contract, for the total amount o $USD72 Mio for 5 years contract period.
