If it worked but don't work anymore, I want to know why. One of my strong points is problem solving. If I can't figure it out, I will learn how to fix it or ask for help. After leaving school I did 1 year military training in the recovery division. For the next 7 odd years I was in a FMCG environment as a delivery driver in a glassware warehouse. There I was involved in trade exhibitions and vehicle maintenance as well. Early I started my career in directional drilling. Being at various multi division companies, of directional drilling, plant hire, civil construction and vehicle sales, has helped me pick up and refine a lot of experience and knowledge. Something you can't find in books. Directional drilling started on a little Vermeer D7x11a, D16x20, D20x22, D36x50. Ditchwitch JT9, JT10 and JT2020. Repairing and building drill tooling as well as working on keeping the drill rigs running.(The agents aren't always available when the product needs to get in the ground and standing time due to a breakdown just won't suffice.) Driving tipper trucks from 3m³ to 20m³, operating backhoe loaders, front end loaders and excavators. From taking apart small water pump engines to large Fiat-Hitachi front end loader engines and everything in between. Doing body repair work, fixing vehicle transmissions and electrical faults, you name it, I probably did it. Building alterations, plumbing and electrical wiring as well. Vehicle fleet management done too. Driver and machine operator training, route planning, hands on vehicle and plant maintenance and vehicle tracking. Even been involved in getting a workshop ready for certification. Workplace health and safety? Getting everybody home safely and looking after company assets will always be a priority. I've done risk assessment, accident and incident investigation, first aid, fire fighting as well as legal liability courses. I even know my way around MS word, Excel and Outlook. I always pride myself in doing everything to the best of my ability. What I don't know, I will learn to do. And if I can teach you something by sharing my knowledge with you, I am more than willing to do so.
