About Ferdinand Coster

Why do initiatives, projects or organisations fail in their ambitions? Often it's not technology. It's also not due to a lack of smart, talented people. In many cases neither funds are the deciding factor. One of the key elements I have found is a lack of mutual understanding - within teams, between inter-company silos and between people in general, and between people and the technology they use. We live in a pivotal time for humanity. We do not have the luxury of failing in our ambitions towards the Social Development Goals set forth by the United Nations. We can't afford to stay in our own bubbles and refuse to understand what is on the other side. I have a passion for bringing people and technology together, and strongly believe that combining the strengths of humans and machines is a key factor for building a sustainable future. With a background in Engineering, Human Factors and Psychology, which I have found during my professional life to be a rare combination, I am uniquely qualified to be a guide in realizing this important symbiosis.
