About Ferdinand Mayrhofer

Based on 25 years of professional international experience in Finance covering Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Taxes and General Administration in leadership positions and leading implementations and rollout projects for the ERP-systems, I am now back to the steel manufacturing industry. I experienced growth phases, achieved excellence and lead teams through crisis situations and times of profound restructering and reorganisations, mergers and post mergers, performed in line and staff functions in various organizations as family owned businesses, listed companies and private equity driven organisations. My background consists of a broad education in General Administration, Marketing and Personnel Management and continuous specific trainings in areas like MS Dynamics AX, CPA, EFQM, TQM, Six Sigma, Internal Audit, Negotiation, Large Account Management, Project Management, Targeted Selection. Project and financial expertise, leadership responsibility, and internationality are characteristics of my professional work until today. I always try to see the “whole picture” but do not hesitate to “hands-on” dig into details to find causes and solutions. I stand for continuous improvement of processes, teamwork and sustainable results.
