I'm Director of Internal Organization and Branch of Project Management Institute Central Italy Chapter after four year as Director of Professional Development, senior Project & Program Manager with more than 20 years of professional experience, implementation manager, change maker and senior consultant in Information Technology, Telecommunication, Assurance and Banking sectors, for Cyber Security & Audit, for business consultancy and technology. Responsible for implementation and transformation projects for medium and large international clients with high complexity, applying waterfall, agile, hybrid approaches with team of relevant dimension. I support top management for define end implement the strategies, project manager for the start-up of outsourcing contracts in terms of budget and complexity. Responsible for managing audits “SOX” required by customer with Big Four for contracts of 200M$, and manager for change initiative and remediation program of activities due from audit. As a senior consultant, I manage projects and support customers in IT, Software Development, PMO, Portfolio, IT Service Management, IT Governance, Change Management, ITIL, GDPR, Security ISO / IEC 2700x, ENISA, NIST and COBIT.
