As long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the art of getting people to believe—believe in the power of a story, a spark of an idea, a vision that could shape culture. With an imagination that rarely rests, a love for big ideas, and a slight aversion to the confines of outdated rules (though laws remain safe from my curiosity), I set out to create a space where imagination and technology dance together. That space became Magic Carpet Studios. At the helm of Magic Carpet for over 7.5 years, I’ve guided our team in creating authentic African stories that resonate globally, redefining animation and gaming from an African lens. But Magic Carpet is more than a studio—it’s a talent engine. Through training programs, we cultivate the next wave of creators, laying the foundation for a thriving creative industry across the continent. Beyond Magic Carpet, I also founded Imaginarium HQ, a venture where creativity meets technology. Here, we incubate and invest in tech startups, with a special focus on fintech, edutech, and VAS mobile solutions. My work has always been about blending the visionary with the pragmatic, and my purpose is clear: to harness innovation that brings stories to life, inspires fresh perspectives, and opens doors to new worlds.
