About Fergal Keating

I have 20 years experience in various roles in software development. My current role involves taking Project requirements and working across service teams and PM to designing an architectural solution that fits the requirements and defines workable items for both my core team and any dependent services. I also work with my core team on implementing the solution, providing guidance where necessary and track risks, dependencies, progress against the teams comitted features. Since joining Cisco I have worked across highly available search systems working across distributed service architectures and redesigning customer experience solutions. I am currently working across analytics and reporting solutions that requires development of data pipelines into various data storage solutions utilizing large scale events based data from our WebEx offerings to provide customer insights. Since joining Cisco I have had a number of patent applications approved for publishing and I'm very enthusiastic about innovation.
