Years of performing classical music to a very high level has instilled a keen eye for detail in all I do, and during my years at one of the UK’s largest financial services firm I have developed excellent communication and inter-personal skills, demonstrating drive and commitment when working within a team and in senior leadership positions, giving me an ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to the task in hand.I have a proven ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams at a senior level to deliver desired outcomes for the company. My strong financial acumen is underpinned by a strong financial discipline, ensuring my work is always carried out in line with FCA regulations and is CASS compliant.I can apply a strong knowledge of financial regulations while promptly analysing and making recommendations based on complex data. I am resilient at resolving internal issues and I have a history in confidently implementing change on a departmental level.
