About Ferly Adrianus

I really appreciate a process in success or with the result of a failure. I feel a lot of people just look at the final results that have been achieved without knowing the process through which to get the final result. I believe, every success is not achieved in instances. However, it can be achieved because of a persistence and hard work, in going through the correct process that is always tied up and sharpened. Through all the process, I know and feel the joy and the challenge in every process. This teaches me to always appreciate a process and not fixate on the end result. I believe, when the process is correct then success will always come. If we already know the process that must be passed to achieve a success, then believe me that success will be easy to achieve. This is the experience and skill that I have. I have applied this to everyday life. Whatever work I have done does not always end with success, but I always learn and improve the process. so, I can always finish it well. Thanks.
