I have over 30 years in business support, with relationship building, project management, database management and new system implementation being particular strengths. I have a personal commitment and interest in customer service, both for my own clients and yours. I am multi-skilled and love to work with people, an expert in time management and achieving time specific deliverables. I quickly fit into existing teams or can build and manage a team on request. My attention to detail and organisational abilities are exceptional. I've run my own Virtual Assistance business since 2013, focusing on high level PA/EA support for senior executives in a variety of businesses. My skills include but are not limited to, document editing, Board minutes and presentations, user documentation/procedure documents, email marketing, database implementation and management, diary and travel management, juggling multiple tasks and anticipating the needs of executives! I have excellent communication and negotiation skills and love a challenge. Personal concierge requests are not out of my scope. My achievements to date are a result of my integrity, reliability, enthusiasm and proactive personality, coupled with my ability to work autonomously, and as a team member. My objective is to apply experience in an environment whereby initiative, attention to detail and communication skills are valued and to deliver outstanding results, above and beyond expectations.
