My passions [obsessions] are developing people and generating great places to work – sourcing, identify and developing people to succeed facilitates business excellence. Developing people leaders and organisations go hand in hand with great workplace culture. With a qualification in sociology, I have a practical and adaptable approach towards developing people and businesses to respond to ever changing environments (deep understanding of the sociological impact of COVID on people & organisations). I'm an award winning Human Resources professional with 20 years experience across a diverse range of industries including publishing, FMCG, manufacturing, construction, resources, education, IT/ digital agency, health, not-for-profit and government. I am a certified DISC Advanced Consultant and a professional member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). Drawing on my extensive and diverse HR technical experience, I have a track record of success in developing and delivering a breadth of quality, innovative, practical, value adding People Experience products, solutions and strategies - all this while maintaining strong business partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
