About Fernanda Andalaft

I am a leadership coach, consultant and mentor with more than 15 years of international experience in management consulting, working primarily in talent development and organisational change. My fields of expertise include leadership, entrepreneurship, transitions, teams, assessments and well-being. I am currently dedicated to forwarding the vision of UNiqO, a project born out of a firm belief in a world where everyone is valued for their unique gifts and talents. Recognising that cultivating these demands tremendous energy, commitment and courage, UNiqO provides a safe space for leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals to reconnect with this vision for themselves — so they can create the lives they want, finance them, and positively impact their communities in harmony. Through strategic alliances with select consulting firms, UNiqO's reach extends across complementary disciplines, bringing clients a richer and more integrated support ecosystem. Before earning my Leadership Coaching Certificate, I spearheaded the start-up phase of Decision Dynamics in Chile and Latin America, a leading provider of tools and methods for talent management. I led the company's strategic business plan, launched a series of customer-focused initiatives to develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio of products and solutions for the local market, and built a collaboration network — a community of practice bringing together public institutions, universities, HR professionals and consultants to share experiences and drive collective impact. Previously, I held a variety of roles as a Consultant in Accenture's Talent and Organisation division. Most notably, as Change Management Coordinator, I led stakeholder management, communications, workforce transition and training initiatives for BHP Billiton's worldwide upgrade of business processes and SAP systems — impacting over employees across Chile, Australia and the USA. Today, I continue to work alongside and in partnership with consulting firms across multiple disciplines, combining forces to deliver holistic solutions for leaders and organisations navigating complexity and change. I am passionate about international experiences, entrepreneurship, inclusion, artistic and creative expression, education, parenting, motherhood, and adult and children's learning and development. I am driven by teamwork, personal growth and thought-provoking conversations — always working toward helping individuals and organisations build a better present and future, together.
