Executive with more than 15 years of experience, stands out as a leader in Industrial Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Strategic Planning working in large national companies with a strong emphasis on consumer goods. Over the last 14 years, has held strategic leadership and innovations position with a direct link to senior management. Expertise across the entire production chain, demonstrating high performance in results, methodology development and application of process, technology, culture and business innovation. Acts as a direct link between senior management, partners, owners and managers, covering production, logistics, projects, commercial and strategic operations, directly engaging professionals, sectors, projects, among others. In vertical Quality and Supply Chain management, has been implementing long-term strategies in the supply chain, inventories, demand analysis and asset optimization. I was also responsible for building and implementing quality strategies throughout the business chain, including demand planning and inventory management. Within the scope of my responsibilities, I managed the areas and processes of Quality, Environment, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Strategic Planning and Performance. Its achievements included reducing the global complaints rate by 24%, reducing costs by more than R$40MM through an Excellence Program, and automating processes such as business returns and sales discount rules. Additionally, I led the management of the pillars of Indicator Management, Process Management, Corporate Quality, Project Management and Strategic Planning, acting as an internal consultancy area and advising on board meetings. Significant results were achieved, such as the implementation of results and indicator management systems (PDCA, 6 SIGMA, HACCP, OPS, Scrun, PMBok KPI, KRI, OKR, As-Is/To-Be, BPM, SIPOC, PBI, PA, Protheus, CEP, GED, Lean, Kaizen, ISO 9001, ISO ISO ISO 14001, FSSC), development of an organizational culture of Quality and Food Safety, and certification as the 1st Certified Dairy Company FSSC Q (ISO + ISO + ISO TS).
