I’m a passionate Business Human Resources student at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario, originally from Brazil. Since moving to Canada in August 2023, I’ve completed my first year of studies, sharpening my skills in teamwork, leadership, and communication. Currently, I’m thriving in the hospitality industry, where I focus on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest experiences. This role has deepened my understanding of diverse customer needs and reinforced my commitment to positive interactions. Before relocating, I owned a Kumon franchise, focusing on business management and student development. I also worked as a Quality Manager, implementing ISO 9001 certification. With a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and postgraduate studies in Compounding Pharmacy, Cosmeceuticals, and Acupuncture, I bring a unique perspective to my HR journey. When I’m not studying or working, I enjoy quality time with family, lively board game sessions, and traveling to explore new cultures.
