For the past 9+ years, I have been leading the strategic and operational management of events at ANAHP – Brazilian Association of Private Hospitals, focusing on execution, planning, and delivering experiences that create real value for participants and stakeholders. I am responsible for the end-to-end management of CONAHP – National Congress of Private Hospitals, the largest healthcare management congress in Latin America, which brings together: participants 200 speakers 100+ exhibitors My expertise includes: Budget management and vendor negotiation On-site production and team coordination Implementation of accreditation systems Process optimization and event innovation With a collaborative mindset and a strong focus on operational excellence, I help transform events into powerful platforms for connection, learning, and institutional growth.
