About Fernanda Caio

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am a proactive and dynamic person with some experience in manufacturing of different goods. I have been working on Surface Engineering in research and development of coatings with Suspension Plasma Spray and Cold Spray processes for the past few years. I’m an effective organizer, with ability to adapt to any environment and work in teams. In my greatest interests, I can say that aerospace industry fascinates me. On the top of the list, I also have process improvement and production planning and control, since these allow me to use my analytical and problem solving skills. I am currently working at Polycontrols Technologies with the development of specific projects and products in Thermal Spray.
