I am a professional with over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in HR Generalist functions, Compensation, Total Rewards, and People Analytics. Currently, I work as a People Analytics Specialist at Arizona, where I develop fixed and variable compensation policies, validate the annual variable compensation calculations, participate in salary surveys, and prepare the headcount and personnel cost budget. I am also responsible for providing performance indicators, controlling the organizational structure, analyzing and approving movement proposals, and developing the performance evaluation model, organizing training sessions, and communications. I hold a degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration.
