Chemical engineer passionate about driving technological and digital solutions for business challenges. I have extensive experience in collecting and manipulating large volumes of data, resulting in the creation of intelligent reports and dashboards for top leadership and executives.Currently, I serve as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Grupo Boticário, where I play a pivotal role in fostering the development of Self Service data in the Franchise Directorate. As a leader, I spearhead a significant platform migration and an exciting internal project aimed at expanding the Data-Driven culture in the Directorate. In this journey, I apply my leadership, agility, strategic planning, and retail sector knowledge on a daily basis.Previously, as a Data Specialist in the Global Quality team at ADM, I led global efforts to accelerate digital transformation in the Quality Center of Excellence (CoE). I directly contributed to establishing a data-driven culture and enhancing business intelligence. I was also responsible for overseeing the continuous development of data sources and reporting mechanisms in support of the Quality Management System (QMS).Establishing a single and reliable source for data related to quality metrics and indicators (KPIs) and supporting digital transformation in the company are essential aspects of my daily routine.
