My journey has taken me from the classroom to the boardroom, allowing me to wear multiple hats - an ESL teacher, a curriculum designer, a L&D specialist, a large-teams leader and an entrepreneur in groundbreaking educational technologies.‍ In Learning & Development, I've led teams (+30 people) to create transformative learning strategies that align with organizational goals, driving performance and fostering continuous growth. I've created learning paths focused on Soft Skills, K-12 teachers and IT/Web Development instructors. As a curriculum and assessment specialist, I've founded the startup AppProva which was acquired by the largest K-12 market player in Brazil (SOMOS Educação). I was responsible for creating assessments delivered to schools. My experience in the educational editorial market is highlighted by a series of successful projects where I've played a leadership role in developing and editing top-tier educational materials.
