About Fernanda Moreno

In May 2021, I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computational Media, a program that combines computer science with user experience design and digital media. I am currently a Senior Consultant (Business Analyst II) in the Cloud & Custom Applications practice at Capgemini, based in Seattle. In my current project, I am a technical business analyst on the Web team of a large Quick Service Restaurant account, specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In my role, I have helped over 20 global markets onboard onto their new cloud-based content management system, provided technical support to onshore and offshore stakeholders, and bridged the communication between our global markets, clients, and development teams. I work closely with the Product Manager and the design team to gather requirements for new Web features and improve the organization of design information for our development teams and global markets. I am continuously developing my business analyst, UX, and technical communication skills in hopes of growing into a leader in the UX or product management realm.
