Hello there! I'm Fernanda Navarro, although most people know me as Fer. Originally from Mexico and residing in Madrid for the past 3 years. Passionate about Human Resources, I decided to broaden my horizons in the summer of 2021 by enrolling in a master's program in the field. Since then, my professional journey has been an exciting rollercoaster, where I've had the opportunity to work in a multicultural company that has constantly challenged me. With 9 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, I stand out for- Building strong personal relationships that allow me to thoroughly understand the needs of the business- My ability to adapt and be resilient has enabled me to thrive in both startup environments and established companies with over employees- Adjusting and optimizing critical human resources processes, applying an analytical approach to ensure continuous improvement. I'm passionate about the challenge of finding innovative solutions to drive success for both teams and the organization as a whole.
