A Talent Acquisition professional with a background in Marketing. I have worked with the Canadian Red Cross, involved in successfully assessing workforce needs and recruiting for COVID-19 pandemic and Recovery Projects across Canada. Currently, I am part of the Regular Operations team where I am responsible for recruiting technical and SMEs for technology; supervisors and managerial roles. My skills include identifying top talent, developing effective recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. I have a track record of successfully managing large-scale recruiting projects across multiple locations in British Columbia. From 2021 to 2022, I managed two big projects that resulted in the hiring of over 40 team members in less than 6 months to build a BC Recovery team, and since 2022 I've been managing and establishing BC HELP teams across Metro Vancouver/Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Interior, and Northern areas, hiring for over than 60 roles. These projects required careful attention due to employee turnovers, workload, and pipeline challenges to ensure program success.
