About Fernanda Rinia Putri

With a background in microbiology and management, I bridge the gap between scientific research and strategic decision-making to drive real-world impact. My passion lies in rural and coastal development, where I apply data-driven approaches to solve complex challenges at the intersection of science, technology, and management. Over the years, I have built a strong foundation in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL), enabling me to analyze intricate data and translate insights into actionable strategies. I have also led research grant processes, from conceptualizing innovative ideas to securing funding for impactful projects that advance sustainability and development. Collaboration is central to my work. I have partnered with industry leaders, universities, and government agencies across Indonesia and internationally to conduct research that fosters meaningful change. By working closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams, I have contributed to the development and implementation of technological solutions in aquaculture and beyond. Driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability, I thrive in interdisciplinary environments where science meets practical solutions. Let's connect and explore how we can collaborate to create lasting impact.
