About Fernanda Santos

Finance enthusiast, with a PhD in Management, focused in Public Procurement, from Europeia University. Master’s Degree in Business Sciences and Postgraduate studies in Management at the Lisbon School of Economics & Management – ISEG and a degree in Data Processing/Computing Management at UAL – Universidade Autónoma Luís de Camões. The framework of my Master’s Theses subject was developed through KPI’s quality of the shared services, which the strategy Lean six-sigma such as DMAIC methodology were its basis. The final degree project was developed at the CRM – Customer Relationship Management area. Played several coordinating roles in many different departments, from Marketing to the Financial department, including at the International level. Professional experience, strongly developed, in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
