About Fernanda Schreiner

Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and with a postgraduate degree in Contracts from Insper, I built my career with a focus on technical and strategic excellence, to serve my clients with quality and seek to satisfy their respective interests. I have worked for almost 20 years in the civil area, both in litigation and advisory, with solid experience in contract analysis, including international partnerships, as well as in relation to the filing and monitoring of civil actions in general. I was responsible for portfolio management, coordination of legal teams and provided services to a large educational institution for about 9 years, including in person, being responsible for practically the entire civil area. I lived in Canada (Quebec) between 2021 and 2023, during which time I improved my English and French, expanded my cultural vision, communication skills and personal development in different environments. I am currently the Legal Coordinator for the civil area at Matarasso Advogados. I manage the consultancy and litigation demands of the area, seeking to adopt the best technique and strategy to serve clients, who are individuals and legal entities. I believe in legal solutions that combine technique, strategic vision and proximity to the client, through personalized service.
