About Fernanda Sorce

With over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and retail, I am currently based in Divinolândia, my hometown in the interior of São Paulo. However, I spent 10 years in Ribeirão Preto, where I had the opportunity to develop a variety of skills, including people management, training and development, negotiation, conflict management, and indicator analysis. My passion for learning new things and sharing knowledge led me to work as a career consultant for pharmacists starting in 2020. Through this project, I learned a great deal about the importance of good communication, continuous learning, and building a non-judgmental, visionary view of oneself and the choices that shape our perspectives. Some of the values that are essential to my work include respect, collaboration, gratitude, empathy, and continuous learning. And of course, I can't forget to mention my love for cats and the importance of being close to the people I care about. Currently, I am working on projects aimed at providing high-quality training materials for healthcare teams and am open to opportunities for partnerships and business ventures that can take the industry to new heights.
