Admitted to the Massachusetts and Chile Bar Association, boasting a proven track record in team building and idea catalysis across diverse sectors including Non-Profit, Technology, and Education industries. Consistently recognized for delivering legal excellence, notably representing the Embassy of Chile in the US and serving on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Leadership journey includes founding a successful law office in southern Chile, serving as Director of the Law School at San Sebastián University, and holding a City Councilor position in Puerto Varas. Recognized with the Leadership Award at Boston College Law School and contributed to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Currently, Executive Director at ChileMass, leading a team to strategically bridge knowledge and technology transfer between Chile and Massachusetts. Proven experience steering organizations during pivotal moments, ensuring they evolve programmatically to meet the demands of ever-changing landscapes. Extremely driven by the ability to influence positive societal growth through the intersection of law, technology, and community development. Fernanda currently serves as Co-Chair of the Science and Technology Diplomatic Circle of Boston, where she leads a diverse community comprising diplomatic representatives from over 70 countries with a presence in Massachusetts.
