About Fernanda Torri

I’m an MBA professional passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability and innovation with more than ten years of experience in Asset Management, M&A deals and consulting. Having lived in Latin America, Europe, US and South Africa, I’m currently working at IFC - International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. Certified by ANBIMA - CGA - to manage Investments Funds, I began my career at Ideal Invest SA, a company specialized in providing financial solutions for the private education sector as a financial analyst of structuring and financial planning. At Ideal Invest SA, I had the opportunity to participate in valuation and due diligence process for capital increase. In 2009, I became a partner and manager at Aggrega Investments, where I participated in the launch of two new FIDCs and contributed to develop financial products to foreign investors. As a member of the investment, management and credit committee, I was directly involved in managing investment funds such as FIDC and fixed income. In 2012, I became part of the Managrow team, working mainly in the Wealth Management, M&A and fundraising areas. After my MBA, I joined IDB Invest, the private sector arm of IDB Group, as a young professional based in Mexico City.
