My career has been compiled since 1993, working in large tax auditing and consulting companies like Coopers & Lybrand, PWC, KPMG and Grand Thornton and also for multinationals like Whirlpool and currently to HP as Head of Tax for Brazil. I lead several projects of Tax Audit, Planning and Advisory, Transfer Pricing Projects and IPO. I also worked as responsibly for other relevant tax works like special projects regarding to cross border transactions, tax planning, FIN\48, tax packages, deferred taxes, SOX and taxation (direct, indirect, labor and social securities) on commercial, financial and corporate transactions which allow the full understand of business providing all areas with a compliance, support and tax strategies turning tax as competitive deferential. I lead teams with different culture, ages, experience and career plan making possible the combination of skills necessary for efficient and differentiated management for the benefit of the company and the team itself. Tax skilled on Digital Taxation, Intelectual Properties, Energy, food and infrastructure among other sectors.
