Leader and Senior Consultant expert in Operational Excellence, Logistics, Revenue Management and Digital Transformation, with special focus on the Retail and Mass Consumption industries. Passionate about implementing changes that require thinking out-of-the-box to re-invent the business model or change the practices of an industry, such as the implementation of Revenue Management in CHV and Channel 13, the application of just-in-time methodologies in the operation of Watt's and the transformation of the current Colgram Logistics Center from a B2B operation to a B2B & B2C, which meant significant improvements in contribution margins, working capital, service, and productivity. Open to managerial challenges in multinational or regional companies that require significant leaps in digital, logistics and operational transformations, in view of the profound and rapid paradigm shifts that all markets are undergoing, where my accumulated experience will be a determining factor when it comes to printing speed and reducing the risk of such transformations.
