About Fernando Bocchicchio

I don’t see HR as a function. I see it as a strategic force. As Regional HR Director for Latin America at Aggreko, I lead transformation at scale — aligning people, culture, and structure to business ambition across complex and volatile markets. With 25+ years in global corporations, including Schlumberger and senior international HR roles across the Americas and Europe, I operate at the intersection of strategy and human behavior. My background in Psychology allows me to decode what truly drives performance: clarity, trust, accountability, and meaning.Recognized as one of the Top 10 HR Managers 2024 by DCH and consistently named an HR Influencer, I challenge traditional HR paradigms. I design organizations, not just policies. I build leadership capacity, not just training programs. I shape culture intentionally, not accidentally.Academia has been part of my journey since 2005. Teaching Organizational Psychology and Human Capital Management at leading Latin American universities keeps my thinking sharp and future-oriented.Having lived and worked across Brazil, Ecuador, the U.S, and the U.K, and fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, I bring global perspective with local execution.Transformation is not a project. It is a discipline. And people are not resources — they are the architecture of performance.
