About Fernando Checa

My mame is Fernando, I'm 30 years old and from Spain, currently based in Madrid. I'm a constant learner person, proactive and with strong attitude. I like to start humble, roll my sleeves and get to work. Ever since I jumped on the IT world I have demonstrated very good and quick adaptability skills on every single project I've worked on (as Incident Analist, Incident Manager and Monitoring Operator). When it comes to team work, I'm always trying to present the right and hard questions that can align all my peers and simplify every task to improve efficiency. In a professional environment, I always look up for two things- Negative feedback about my acts and ideas.(makes me think further and develop my skills)- Talented and hard working people to share my time with (Nothing better to learn from!).
