Coached leaders to leverage the empowerment they've been given, and use it to empower others within their available degrees of autonomy and competence. Create credible roadmaps for product development. Manage end-to-end value streams that go from discovery and inception all the way to final delivery, while at the same time also organize the work of agile teams that take part in that value stream.
