Directed three infrastructure contracts totaling $150 M for the Great East Road with combined length of 152 miles and 3 reinforced concrete bridges financed by European Union and Government of Zambia. Accomplished multiple projects for the oil industry, within SonaRef oil refinery under KBR, LNG plant under Bechtel and Chevron in Soyo and Malongo Chevron on-shore oil base in Cabinda. Commanded design-build project for construction of the Village for Pan-African Games 2011, which comprised 848 three-bedroom apartments in 27 residential buildings with two Olympic size pools and track & field course, totaling $140 M USD. Headed $40 M contract for construction of complete foundation package for installation of $7.5 B liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant for Bechtel International Corporation.
