Business Process Analyst in Barcelona with an Industrial Engineering master's degree. Currently, as a BPA I am focused on supporting strategic programs by designing and improving processes within the company to deliver value both to our internal teams and customers. During my time as a project manager in the services side, I was leading teams in a variety of different topics such as supply chain, customer support, and product introductions always aiming toward customer success. Working in such a dynamic and fast-moving industry requires continuous learning to meet company and customer demands.
