About Fernando Gomez

With 26 years of professional experience in three different business areas of EY. Currently I'm leading partner for Outsourcing services. In this role, I manage multiple projects related to the analysis, improvement and outsourcing of processes such as accounting, tax compliance, finance consolidation and reporting, payroll, and GAAP conversion, as well as other back office procedures, which I carry out at a local and global level. Similarly, I advise companies worldwide in the definition of Shared Service Center models. Prior to this role, I worked delivering consultancy services developing large projects connected with process optimization and defining management tools for organization's financial areas. My initial responsibility in EY was to provide audit services for large multinational Groups. The main sectors in which I have experience are Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Retail and Manufacturing. During my career, I have had different managerial responsibilities which include, defining commercial plans, P&L management, business planning, performance evaluation, training, definition of working methodologies and quality assurance amongst others. I’ve been a speaker at several forums and events, as well as the author of articles on current business issues in the specialized press.
