I am accustomed to working under pressure and dealing with work and clients’ needs with excellent organizational skills and analytical accuracy. I am able to manage dynamically, innovative and proactive way, all projects in the area I am involved. I constantly deal with different stages of work, e.g- Definition of the work plan, implementation methods, resource management and team work- Analysing and assessing of performances, KPIs and SLAs and supporting operations restructuring and development of management strategies- Producing and presenting MI reports providing insight into different index, identifying trends and measuring the performance of the team- Improve informed decision making on daily activities or special management projects, driving enhanced performance on different line of business providing stats, analysis and dashboards- Supporting business units across the operations value chain including Claims, Credit Control, Finance, Actuarial and Compliance to optimise processes such as bordereaux, production of monthly technical statements, reconciliation exercises, credit control activities, claims handling/audit procedures across a range of business lines. My main strengths are empathy, strong results orientation and a constant problem solving associated with an overall view, decision-making skills and data analysis.
