About Fernando J Gonzalez

Looking For new opportunities and to expand my skills and knowledge. I consider myself a leader, not just in my professional career, but in my personal life. I was one of the co founders of a group call CEE ( Centro de Estudiantes Emprendedores) or Center of Student Entrepreneur in the Interamerican University Metro. We created activities for students who had business ideas and enter business ideas competitions such has Babson and Grupo Guayacan. When I was working with the National Guard I worked with dropouts teenagers in a Youth Program, created to help them get a high school diploma in 6 months. The Program was call Youth Challenge Academy and is rank #1 in the Nation. I also took some leadership courses that focus on emotional intelligence and how to live your life to the fullest and to not let life get you and be the best you can be, and more. I also want to be a motivational coach that can help people to see their full potential by learning about their emotional intelligence. Now that I've been working on a HR and Recruiting firm and also a Technology recruitment firm, I can honestly say I've been learning a lot and my focus is to keep learning and been the best I can be. To give my best and more and to achieve great things in this technology world that we live in and that it is evolving every single day.
