My job experience consist of many different jobs, In which I have learned many skills. I gained useful knowledge and experience along the way. I worked at Warner brothers/ Comcast as a sales executive. I learned the art of sales from doing cold outbound calls and also inbound calls. We would always try to upsell a service to the most expensive plan or services. At AT & T I was in the collections /customer service department. Every time a call would come in, we had to collect as much money from customers that where past due on their bill. I also had to help the customer with any customer or billing questions. Some tech support was required at times. I would process payments and also create a payment plan to help the customer out. This started as an at office job then COVID hit so we had to work from home. At TATA I worked as a Data Entry Clerk, For The Home Depot. We would have to get data from our spread sheets in excel, Extract data for tax exceptions insert the data to The Home Depot platform. We verified the info in order to check if the clients where actually up to date with their tax exception status. We would email the customer and if no answer then try to call the customer. If no answer then follow up if no reply then change their status to no longer tax except. We would communicate internally through teams. It was a project that lasted for 6 months. This was a home office job. My role in IBM was floor support for dispatch and also parts coordinator/ Logistics. The tools that I learned there where different platforms and programs. I learned to work with Salesforce. I would Create cases, work orders, add parts like laptops, servers, and many others. I would also assign an engineer to go perform onsite services. We had clients such as, the US Government, and banks to stores like Walmart,hospitals, universities, even Facebook, TERADATA and Apple. We would use PIMS software to order and also to check for delivery status of parts. We Also would work with back logs and take a look at the demographics to check on what needed to be done and what was accomplished. We would communicate with the customer through emails, SLACK, and by phone calls. We would communicate internally through SLACK. I also learned to work with Outlook, Salesforce, PIMS, SLACK, Word, PowerPoint, WebEx, Avaya, different logistic carriers, and handle escalated tickets, work orders and delays on parts. This started as a home office and then changed to hybrid job. Worked at techbridgeIT. As a Data Entry Clerk.
