Background

About Fernando Maldonado

I trained as a Bachelor of Administration and I have a passion for the management of Information Systems, Process Management and Quality Management. I developed my work experience managing operations and projects of different kinds. They were always processes of change to solve different problems in the organizations in which I worked. My main strengths are that I learn quickly, and that I am able to generate value for the organization in the different situations that I have to act. For me, the only way to work is in a team and that is why I dedicated a large part of my life and energy to building teams from the role I had to play. I think that one of the ways in which I can contribute to make the world a better place is to improve the quality of life of the people I work with, thus contributing to the sustainability of the organization.
