Mr. Mclean has enjoyed over five years of experience serving in various operational performance improvement capacities for healthcare companies and government entities, establishing skill-set in the following areas: business process improvement, operational reporting and metrics bench-marking, IT modernization, compliance risk and controls implementation, policy review and development, third-party vendor selection analysis, supply chain spend analysis, and operational resource analysis. Fernando has developed strong project management and operational performance improvement skills within the healthcare field, evidenced by his track record of overall project success, and innate ability to work collaboratively on teams of varying sizes to accomplish enterprise-wide objectives. Subsequently, identifying opportunities to scale the business and leverage growth opportunities for clients. Currently, Fernando is a Senior Associate business consultant within Grant Thornton’s Healthcare Advisory Practice. Fernando’s goal is to decrease healthcare disparities across the U.S, and to ultimately improve strategic models developed to provide high quality patient-centered health services, in both domestic and international markets.
